Powered by IslandBook. A golf cart rental operation running on an off-the-shelf platform that barely worked. We replaced it with a system built around how they actually operate. Online booking, fleet management with individual vehicle tracking, an admin dashboard for daily pickups, returns, and maintenance swaps. Automated confirmation emails from their own domain, not a personal Gmail.
